Quick Hits

Pulp Fiction 4/5

Somehow I always forget how much I like this film until I decide to catch up with it again. I have nothing new or insightful to say about it.

Jackie Brown 4/5

It was a Tarantino Monday. This is possibly his least well known film and I find it to be every bit as good as Pulp Fiction. Interesting dialogue, great cast, I particularly enjoy De Niro he is just so subtle, understated, and believable.

Singin' In The Rain 4/5

First time that I have ever seen this film and I would have never guessed that I would have liked it so much. Just really clever, I love how it sort of satirizes the very thing that it is.

Peggy Sue Got Married 3/5

Sort of a Back To The Future concept. An old and relatively unknown Francis Ford Coppola film. It stars a young Kathleen Turner, and young and goofy Nicolas Cage, and a very young Jim Carrey in a small role.
